5.1 We offer shipping to the locations specified on our website. A Base Fare Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Incase if the product weight or dimensions exceed the base fare weight and dimensions, an additional shipping charge will be added which will be informed to the customer via Mobile/Whatsapp/Mail. Customers are requested to pay the additional minimal charge for smooth dispatch of the product. If customer refuses to pay the adddtional charges, order will be cancelled and amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.

5.2 We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or weather conditions.

5.3 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

5.4 You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any incorrect or incomplete address provided may result in delays or undelivered packages.
